An artist with an interest in various fields—including animals, plants, and even real estate—Henri Garcia gives free rein to his imagination to create his works, striving to best satisfy his audience and clients, who are always seeking originality.
Having discovered the world of blacksmithing at the age of 14 and developed a passion for this craft—which has allowed him to flourish—Henri Garcia, an artistic blacksmith for over 40 years, has trained many young people throughout his career. For him, these encounters serve to introduce the public to the craft. “The first thing I teach young people is that iron is a malleable material. You can shape it however you like without too much difficulty, but it’s also a craft like any other—you start as an employee, but you can quickly work your way up and open your own workshop.”
Henri Garcia has been exhibiting his works at the Château des Marres for over 10 years. You can view his creations year-round in the garden and in the gallery.
