Shipping Your Package
The delivery area is limited to mainland France and Monaco.
The website does not offer tax-free shipping for exports.
Products are delivered only to the address provided during the ordering process. The buyer shall therefore ensure that the information entered is accurate and valid.
The seller agrees to ship the purchased product once payment has been received and credited to its account, within a maximum of five business days, except in cases of force majeure.
Products are shipped to the buyer by the carriers designated during the purchase process.
Failure by the carrier to meet delivery deadlines shall in no event be attributed to the seller or justify the cancellation or refund of the order.
The buyer assumes all risks from the moment the products leave the seller’s premises. In the event of damage during shipping, a written complaint must be filed with the carrier within three days of delivery.
